Project Overview & Impact

MedCo launched MedCo Fast Soap during the COVID-19 pandemic as a hygiene solution for rural communities. We led the visual strategy, starting with a marketing campaign featuring custom illustrations, AR-integrated creatives, and print materials deployed across billboards, malls, newspapers, hospitals, and medical centers. We also developed impactful packaging with a series of storytelling illustrations that clearly communicated instant germ protection and built strong user trust. This project done by Anuranan and Sudarshan.

Success & Growth

The campaign significantly increased awareness and adoption. Sales grew from 2.45 lakh to 33.56 lakh units, an overall growth of approximately 1,270%. The total user base increased by over 31 lakh customers, making it one of the highest-selling soaps during the COVID period. The project successfully fulfilled the goal of promoting rural hygiene while delivering measurable, large-scale impact.

The design journey began with understanding rural users and the urgent need for clear hygiene communication during COVID-19. We developed simple, relatable illustrations and AR-integrated campaign visuals to build awareness across public platforms.

We then created impactful packaging with storytelling illustrations that highlighted instant germ protection. Every design choice focused on clarity, trust, and cultural relevance, helping the product connect strongly with its target audience.
